As working artists we use a great many of the products we have on sale on the web-site ourselves and we spend a great deal of time testing any products we don't regularly use to make sure that they are of a high enough quality to be used by any artist whether they be an amateur or a professional before we add them to the site.

   The quickest way to find the products you are looking for is to use our navigational menu on the left hand side of the page. Just hover your mouse over each of the categories and a sub-menu will appear to the right with a breakdown of products and brand names which should help you find what you are looking for very quickly. Some of the categories even have their own page where you will see a detailed list of each brand and the products available on the site in that particular section.

Failing that we have two search facilities built into our system one is a basic product search which appears at the top right of the page when you are on any of our product 'more information' pages. However if you click the 'Product Search' tab on our top menu this will take you to our advanced store search where you can search for your product/s by name or keywords.

The chances are that if you can't find what you're looking for using these three methods then unfortunately we don't stock it but if you want to drop us an email to customerservice@theartistsstore.com or call us on 01246 221274 we will be happy to double-check for you.

We are always happy to hear from customers who wish to suggest a product that they would like to see on the site so don't be shy. The chances are that if you are looking for an item that we don't stock there will be other customers who have also looked for the same item.
